Rosemary - Lime Chicken
4 boneless skinless breasts
2 T. olive oil
1/2 Cup White wine or chicken broth
1/4 Cup lime juice (aprox. 2 limes)
2 T. fresh rosemary, minced, or 2 tea. dried
1/2 tea salt
1/4 tea. pepper
Cut breasts into thirds, brown in oil on both sides. Add remaining ingred. cook uncovered for 5-7 minutes. Serve with either egg noodles.
