2 lbs sliced yellow Summer Squash
1 cup grated Parmesan
2 beaten Eggs
1 cup Mayonnaise
Cook squash until tender and drain well. Combine remaining ingredients and add to squash. Pour into 1 ½ quart casserole. Cover with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 25 minutes at 350.
