Sharon's Homemade Guacamole
1 ripe avocado
small fresh garlic clove, minced
1/2 small onion, minced
1/2 small tomato, chopped
cilantro, fine chopped
Avocados should be a little mushy to the touch to indicate it is ripe. Rinse and slice in half. Punch your knife tip into the seed and pop out. Take a tablespoon and scoop out the avocado pulp. Put it in a bowl and add a little lemon juice, a little lime juice and the other ingredients. Give a few stirs. Serve with Fresh Salsa and tortilla chips.
